Please read our Returns and Refund Policy to understand how we address and resolve issues with orders.

General Rule

Unless there is an error on our part, we do not offer returns/exchanges as customized stoles are non-resellable. However, if your request for a return, exchange, refund, or replacement is due to a mistake or damage caused by us, we will comply with your request immediately at our cost.

We are unable to comply with a request to return an order and demand a refund simply because you do not like it anymore or deem it to be an inaccurate representation of your customization request when we have handwoven your order to match your digital proof as identically as possible.



Damaged Items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week at contact@houseofstole.com
